As the founder and director of Dominion Youth Inc., she has successfully implemented programs in academics, STEM, athletics, and career development, organizing summer camps, STEM clubs, and community events that engage and empower youth.

Leea's extensive career includes leadership roles as a principal, teacher, and program coordinator, where she managed large budgets, developed innovative educational programs, and fostered inclusive, collaborative environments.
